What customers have to say

"I recently had my car serviced at Ourisman Chevrolet and had a great experience! I would like to thank the service manager that assisted me, Mr. Rodney Sisco. On 7/15/11 I brought my 2006 Saturn Ion to have the power steering electric motor replaced. Of course the car did not re-create as I drove it to your dealership and so no signal was indicated on the computer display system. I was concerned that my car would not get the electric motor replaced "free of charge" because their was no indication. I explained all of this to Mr. Sisco and he basically said codes or no codes, if the problem persists then it could be replaced. As such, from all the reading I have done online, GM decided not to recall Saturns for the problems customers have experienced because the flagship is no longer in existence; although they recalled other models (Cobalt) that have the same electric motor system for the steering. GM did initiate a special assist bullet which allowed those that experienced problems with the electric motor have it replaced free if the car was less than 10 years old and/or under 100,000 miles. Luckily, my car was within that category and the power steering motor was fixed."
